Spring Gun and Outdoor Show. Admission $5.00. Children under 12 are admitted free. Vendor Setup starts 7:30 AM. Show Hours are 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Each Sunday shoot will be a separate competition. You will shoot one round (25 clays) at 16 yards and a second round (25 clays) at your handicap yardage, starting based on previous league scores or ATA rating.
The cost is $20. We will reimburse the club for the birds and expenses and the balance of the daily take will be divided among the top scores in each category, so that all levels of shooters have a chance to go home with cash in their pocket as follows:

PLC- (Patrol Leaders Council) Youth leaders, about 10 people. This meeting is the 1st Saturday of the month from 9AM-11AM. They will meet in any available space.
The Military Rifle Matches take place on the 2nd Sunday of the month, except as noted, from April until November.
The match is a friendly competition of bench rest shooting involving various models of military rifles and carbines at multiple distances.
With the changes in military issued rifles over the decades, the matches have been divided into several separate categories of competition.
CATEGORIES:
MILITARY RIFLE: Iron Sights Only at 100 Yards at an NRA-MR31C target. Category includes 1903 & 1903A3, 1917 Eddystone, M-1 Garand, M1A – as issued sights, German Mauser, Swedish Mauser, Mosin Nagant, & Arisaka.
SPECIAL MILITARY RIFLE: Iron Sights Only at 200 Yards at an NRA-MR-52 target.
CARBINE: Iron Sights Only at 50 yards at an NRA-MR31C target
Barrel Length: 20” or less, M-1 Carbine-18”, AK-47-16.5”, SKS-20”, Mosin Nagant-20”, Arisaka-19.5”.
COMPETITION: Iron Sights Only at 100 yards at an NRA-MR31C target. M-1 Garand National Match, M-14/M1A Match, AR Style.
COMPETITION SCOPED: 200 yards at NRA-MR31C 100 yard target
Garand M1 C&D, 1903A4/5, M14 M21, Mosin Nagant PU M91/30,
and AR STYLE RIFLES.

Spotting scopes with tripod to spot impacts for scoring would be a big help, but is certainly optional.

Short Description: This course teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family, and provides information on the law-abiding individual’s right to self-defense.
Prerequisite: This course is for law-abiding adult citizens, as defined by applicable federal, state or local law, and experienced shooters (shooters able to show mastery of the basic skills of safe gun handling, shooting a group, zeroing the firearm, and cleaning the firearm). Prospective participants can demonstrate that they have the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes by producing an NRA Basic Pistol Course Certificate, NRA FIRST Steps Course Certificate, NRA pistol competitive shooting qualification card, military DD 214 with pistol qualification, or passing the Pre-Course Assessment.
Description: This is an eight-hour course. Students should expect to shoot approximately 100 rounds of ammunition. Students will learn basic defensive shooting skills; strategies for home safety and responding to a violent confrontation; firearms and the law; how to choose a handgun for self-defense; and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the NRA Guide to the Basics of Personal Protection In The Home handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, and course completion certificate.
